We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Service. This includes using your dream content to generate text, image, and video analyses through artificial intelligence. We also use your information to communicate with you, process transactions through our merchant of record, and ensure the security of our platform.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our Service. If you choose to make a dream public, its content may be visible to other users on our Explore page.

4. Security of Your Information

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure or access. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Email sign-in uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person. That check can run without a visible puzzle. Cloudflare describes how it handles the check in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location (including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), you have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete the data we hold about you. You can manage your account settings and preferences directly within the Service or email us at support@depositadream.com to exercise these rights.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Deposit a Dream. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.

8. Data Controller, Billing, and Contact

All commercial transactions, payment processing, tax collection, and buyer invoicing for Deposit a Dream are conducted by our Merchant of Record, Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh), which acts as the seller of record and independent controller for billing and tax compliance data.

The Deposit a Dream platform is operated by an independent developer and business representative established in Spain (European Union). To protect individual residential data from automated web scrapers and spam bots, the operator's full legal identification and physical postal address in Spain for official, regulatory, or GDPR/LSSI-CE notices are provided upon request at support@depositadream.com.
