I dreamed I was playing in the 2026 World Cup final with the Spanish national team. We were in the middle of the Azteca Stadium and the atmosphere was suffocating, the sky had a very strange, almost neon purple color, and the stands made a weird noise, like static from an old TV.

The craziest thing was that the players on the opposing team had no faces, and every time I tried to look at them, their jerseys would suddenly change color, like a bug.

Already in extra time, in the 94th minute, and we were zero to zero, I was given a long pass. I started running towards the ball but the grass began to stretch like chewing gum, so no matter how much I ran, the goal moved further and further away. At that moment, the ball transformed into a shiny Rubik's Cube that floated through the air and solved itself as it fell. I managed to control it with my chest and entered the area.

Just as I was about to shoot, a defender made a tackle and a penalty was called. In that exact second, time froze completely. The hundred thousand people in the stadium turned to stone, mute. I looked up and a total solar eclipse occurred in an instant. The entire stadium plunged into darkness, into a total penumbra, lit only by the LED lights of the field in a very dramatic way.

I placed the Rubik's Cube on the penalty spot, took a run-up and kicked with all my might towards the corner. The goalkeeper didn't even move, but just as the ball was about to enter, the goal itself opened a giant, monstrous mouth and swallowed the ball. At that instant, the entire Azteca stadium began to disintegrate, turning into golden beach sand, and I woke up listening to the sound of the sea waves.
