Neighbor from 3B Bagging Apples by the Milk Cooler

I was in the grocery store by my apartment, except the aisles were also the hallways of my old office. Someone had taken a purse off a cart near the dairy case and I kept thinking I should tell a manager, but I couldn’t find anyone in a vest. I kept walking past the same cooler of milk. My neighbor from 3B was bagging apples and also somehow the guy who sat two desks over at work. He asked if I’d seen his keys. I said no, then I realized my own phone was gone from my pocket. I went back to the parking lot to check the car, but the lot was the school parking lot from years ago, and a cop car was there with the lights off. Nobody would look at me. I felt like I’d done something wrong even though I hadn’t. I woke up still trying to remember if I’d locked the door.
